What payment methods do you accept for license purchases?

We accept MasterCard and VISA credit card payments as well as PayPal. If you are unable to pay with these methods and are purchasing a Lifetime or 10-Pack license, we also allow bank transfers.

Can I sell or transfer my license to another domain?

You are able to manage the domain linked to your license in the client center whenever you would like. As for account-to-account transfers, you are limited to performing these twice per year.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

No, Caribou license purchases are non-refundable barring extreme unforeseen circumstances. However, we offer a downloadable or hosted free trial for 30 days so that you don't have to worry about refunds. You can try out the product before submitting your billing information.

I'm a developer (or I work with a developer) - can I modify the PHP code myself?

Of course - all of the PHP is open source except for two system libraries of functions that include license verification software. These functions help protect Caribou from piracy and the files are never edited in any of our customizations projects. All of the other files are open source and written in easy-to-read, commented, PHP source code for easy modifications and expansion.
